On October 31, 2026, the 2026 Chinese Culture Tianfu Forum opened in Chengdu, bringing together cultural scholars and guests from around the world. At the forum intangible heritage exhibition, Wang Fei, a Sichuan craftsperson and national first-class tea art master, led her team in presenting the Mengshan school Longxing Shiba Shi long-spout kettle tea performance, serving Mengding Mountain tea to Chinese and international visitors alike.
A single long-spout copper kettle traced graceful arcs through the air, pouring clear tea into cups without a single spill. Foreign guests picked up the heavy kettle under the team guidance and cheered as they succeeded in pouring their first cup. Alongside the performance, Wang Fei introduced Mengding Mountain tea in detail, from leaf picking to brewing, letting guests appreciate its mellow character through both sight and taste.
The Mengshan school has shared Sichuan tea art in more than 60 countries, carrying the heritage of Mengding Mountain, the recognized birthplace of world tea culture. For Panda Tea, an ecological tea brand rooted in the same Mengding Mountain region, this moment resonates deeply. Panda Tea grows its tea in the giant panda habitat at altitudes of 800 to 1500 meters, commits to zero chemical fertilizer and zero chemical pesticide, and uses a patented panda-manure composting method that returns the national treasure waste to the tea rows, forming a true ecological loop. Every leaf is hand-picked and crafted with the intangible Mengding three-roast three-roll method, while each product carries founder An Yanshi original eco-calligraphy panda painting as both art and anti-counterfeit mark.
As Mengding tea art travels from Tianfu to the world, Panda Tea continues to share the quiet charm of Chinese ecological tea culture, one cup at a time.
